Phillip brings a wealth of experience and professional knowledge to disability services, counselling, and community advocacy, with a strong focus on person-centred care and systemic impact. With a background spanning NDIS Specialist Support Coordination, developmental education, forensic psychology, and psychosocial recovery coaching, Phillip combines academic expertise with practical experience to empower individuals with complex needs.
He holds qualifications in Criminology & Justice, Forensic Psychology, Counselling & Community Services, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice. Phillip has a proven track record in delivering therapeutic interventions, functional assessments, trauma-informed counselling, and advocacy within the NDIS and allied health sectors.
Beyond his professional roles, Phillip is the co-founder of a registered charity supporting children, demonstrating his dedication to social justice and global impact. As a registered counsellor and member of professional associations, he champions ethical, integrated, and innovative approaches that improve outcomes for individuals and communities.

MARNI PENNICOTT
Marni is highly talented NDIS Support Coordinator with a strong background in frontline disability support. She takes a practical, person-centred approach, guiding participants to navigate the NDIS, connect with appropriate services, and work towards meaningful, achievable goals.
Marni specializes in supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 2 & 3), ADHD, schizophrenia (including paranoid schizophrenia), PTSD, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression, intellectual disability (ID), global developmental delay (GDD), foetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), acquired brain injury (ABI), and West Syndrome.
As a qualified Allied Health Assistant, Marni combines professional expertise with lived experience to provide holistic, coordinated, and sustainable supports. She works collaboratively with participants, families, and service providers to ensure each person feels empowered, informed, and confident throughout their NDIS journey.
