Community Engagement Lead

Bez Hossain
A Community Engagement Lead with a passion for creating meaningful connections
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a rich and fulfilling life, and I am dedicated to making that a reality for NDIS participants. My background in health services management, combined with my disability and aged care experience, has given me the tools to build bridges and foster strong, supportive communities.
My past experiences as a medical administrator and primary healthcare manager have shown me the power of strategic, person-centered care. I’m excited to use those skills to help participants connect with the wider community and achieve their personal goals. When I’m not working, I love being outdoors—camping, fishing, and riding bikes—and I find that my love for an active community life translates directly into my work.
I am here to work alongside participants, families, and community groups to build a more inclusive and welcoming world for all.
